Associate Professor Lim has been teaching NUS undergraduates since 2000, and Duke-NUS graduate students from 2009 to 2018. He has been a tutor of the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine programme since the programme inception in 2000 and mentor residents of the NUHS Family Medicine Residency, where he has helmed the Quality Improvement module since the inception of residency training.
